Have been using this for a week now. Got it to warm up my studio apartment which is large for NY size, and whose heating unit barely warms up. I needed something that would supplement it. This one works just great. It warms up the surrounding in no time. The hum that several reviewers have mentioned is there, but is not loud (the sound is similar to when you have a fan on). It is light and portable so its easy to move around the room.

Couldn't ask for more. An excellent product in compact size and provides the necessary heating. The body might seem made of flimsy plastic at first but it is quite robust and does the job perfectly.

A single unit probably covers about 200-300sq ft of floor space. Go for it. You wont go wrong.

My only concern was around the amount of power this seems to draw. I live in a 50 yr old Manhattan building and the power outlet gets terribly hot even at the low power setting. I run the a/c during summers from the same outlet without any issues so I think this unit needs some good electrical wiring in the house.

Very small and quiet (audible but very easy to get used to and noise doesn't interfere with sleep) Perfect for a cold bedroom, made a huge difference. Excellent value. Compare the BTU output to much larger more costly units. There is only so much heat available on a standard 120 V home circuit and on the high setting this unit safely delivers it.

My house tends to be drafty in places, so I wanted a small, portable heater to warm up the bathroom, bedroom or office in the cold weather. This heater is exactly what I was looking for. It's very quiet, has a low and high setting and a temperature dial so you can adjust it to the right temperature. It's lightweight and easy to move around from room to room if you need to. It's just right for warming up small to medium sized rooms. I've very satisfied with this purchase and the price was great compared to small heaters I've seen elsewhere.

This small heater is ideal for small rooms, I use it in my office and it heats up within minutes.
