This product works fine in my Kenmore refrigerator. Save yourself some money over what Sears charges for the same thing.

This replacement water filter was the perfect fit for my side by side Kenmore refrigerator. The price was the lowest online.
The price is right November 3, 2008 P. Prosper (Metairie, LA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I orginally went back to the store where I purchased my refrigerator to get the replacement filter cartridge and they wanted 59.99; in which the sales person told me that was the amount just about every where. Of course I did not take her word and started suffing the web. This product replaced my old one well and I did not have any problems. Will purchase again from Amazon. Thanks,
Pretty good! October 24, 2008 Tara Lofley (Kirksville, MO) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have a Kenmore, and buying the new cartridges through Sears was more expensive ($50/each + shipping). I'm guessing the filter through Sears is probably a higher quality filter, but for the price I think this one'll do! We've had no problems at all.
Used this in a Kenmore fridge. worked fine September 15, 2008 N. Corrieri (USA) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
First time changing filter. Not sure if all do this, but when i changed, we had extremely high pressure. Im guessing it was acting like there wasnt a filter in at all. Caused water to keep flowing a bit (without pressing). After that strangeness, took about 6 pitchers to get airbubbles out of filter, etc. Kenmore and Whirlpool are the samer thing more or less. Works fine now its been in use. Definately cheaper than getting the kenmore one
